Episode 20: Arrested For Modular

The Rack Pack is back after a slow summer, minus Stu. Mark recaps Bloop Groop's Culture Night special in Dublin with Arturia, where he built a modular system from an empty case in front of a live audience. Jonas reports from Knobcon and the first EMIXX West in Denver, and recounts his run in with the law for playing synths. Plus: Swells vs. Desmodus Versio, the Plinky, Noise Engineering's 23 new Legio firmwares, Radio Music Mk II, Soma Enigma, the Sidekick, and the dangers of going to lunch with Jeffy.

About the Podcast

The Rack Pack

Modular synth podcast

The Rack Pack is a podcast where five synth-obsessed friends dive deep into the strange, beautiful, and occasionally chaotic world of modular synthesis. In each episode, we explore our favorite gear, discuss patching strategies, share creative inspiration, and navigate the ever-growing rabbit hole that is Eurorack. Whether you're a seasoned modular veteran or just starting to eye your first case, we're here to celebrate the joy of sound exploration with plenty of laughs, strong opinions, and tangled patch cables along the way.
